I grew up in the small town in the Barossa Valley, surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of space to roam around. As a child, I always loved the outdoors and exploring our incredible state and my passion for the outdoors and keeping the body moving has only grown further.

As I moved through high school and teachers began to ask what I wanted to do when I finished school, I always knew that I wanted to help people in some way. I wanted a career that would be rewarding, help people with everyday life and support people in achieving what they wanted.

Fast forward five years and I graduated from Flinders University with a double degree, Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Health Science (Principles of Physiotherapy) in 2019. I have worked as a Specialised Neurological Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for the past 3 years helping people overcome debilitating brain-injuries and assisting them in integrating back into normal life. I have also had more musculoskeletal based work through my role within the Central District Football Club Women's Program, being the Rehabilitation Coordinator over the past few years. Working within a variety of different fields has helped me gain the essential skills and knowledge needed to give my clients the best care possible.

I have been heavily involved in sport since primary school playing football, cricket and basketball. I have always had a keen interest in team-based sport and even represented South Australia in the U23 Men’s State Netball team in 2017. I suffered a serious shoulder injury in football in 2021 and required surgical intervention and extensive rehabilitation. Following my surgery, I had some time off work and thought about opening up clinic. This lead to Dylan and I opening our own clinic, Evolve Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
