We really value time – both yours, and ours. Running an efficient practice allows us to provide service to more people, and gives us time to pursue research and educational roles in the field. If you cancel or re-book your appointment with more than 24 hours notice there is no charge to you. However, a few days’ notice would be great so that we can fill your spot.
If you cancel or re-book your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee and reflects the cost of an unfilled appointment. If we fill your spot, you will not be charged. This cost will NOT be able to be subsidised through private health claiming due to services not being provided.
Policies outlined in service agreements for neurological/disability clientele will supersede the above terms and conditions.

Due to our extended consult times, we are not preferred providers and consultations will likely incur a gap payment. If we were preferred providers, our appointment times would be shorter (20 minutes) and we would not be able to provide the level of care we believe you deserve. For this reason we have opted for longer consultations and a better quality health care service.
